John Hardin, Chief Administrative Officer
John Hardin joined Sivage Community Development, LLC as chief
administrative officer in February 2004. He brings extensive financial,
accounting and day-to-day management experience to the company
and is responsible for operations.
Mr. Hardin began his career in homebuilding as controller when he joined
Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc. in 1988. He was promoted to vice president -
finance and secretary / treasurer and then vice president - operations.
He completed his career at Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc. as division president.
During his tenure with Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc., Mr. Hardin was
responsible for both corporate and divisional aspects to include
financial and daily operational issues as well as supervising the construction
and customer service departments.
Beginning in 2003, Mr. Hardin served as division president for Pulte Homes of
New Mexico, Inc. subsequent to the sale of substantially all of the assets
of Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc.
Mr. Hardin holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from New Mexico State
University. He is a certified public accountant in the State of New Mexico.
Mr. Hardin’s background also includes positions with Cobb Resources
Corporation, a publicly held mining, oil and gas company and Touche
Ross & Company, a certified public accounting firm, both located in
Albuquerque, New Mexico.
